We will focus on our efforts on six key activities as well:

- Cultivate a deep understanding of the project in order to build a holistic strategy with targeted deliverables. This create a solid foundation for growth and ensures alignment of all stakeholders. This allows to communicate clearly with our community
- Community Building
- Plan and implement strategy from pre-launch to growth. Ensure the strategic vision is applied to everyday community growth, management and engagement across time zones.
- Content Creation
- Plan, craft and curate relevant content for our strategy and objectives. We have resources to create varieties of content and we will use the best marketing mix to meet our goals.
- Public Relations
- Design and implement a value lead and purpose-driven, integrated communication strategy for our project. This will increase awareness and share of voice through a variety of campaigns.
- Branding
- Craft and leverage authentic, trustworthy and future proof branding. Ensure communication and marketing strategies are aligned with a solid brand identity, and further prove your mission not only with statements, but actions.
- Fundraising
- Leverage our network internally and externally to bring fundraising opportunities and introductions. Connect the project to relevant individuals and groups to further develop.
